"Great experience. Friendly staff. They will not take Amazon returns that are not packaged and they do not have the equipment to scan qr codes. If you choose your drop off location properly through Amazon then it will tell you this. People are getting mad at this location because they aren't reading the steps for returns. The people at cvs have no control over policy and no they won't ship giant packages, after all is a drug store not a shipping store. Love using this locations for returns."
"03/26/22 - 2:30P The MORONIC front desk UPS person WOULD NOT ACCEPT an Amazon Return without it being Boxed, even though Amazon CLEARLY Stated on its return instructions that Packaging was NOT Required. She was MOST INSISTENT that SHE was correct & that NO ONE would accept the return without proper packaging (though I had documentation in hand). I drove to the next closest UPS location... NO PROBLEM. What a wasted trip & time. Will NOT be using this CVS/UPS store ever AGAIN."
