"worst location in town. They refuse to answer their phone, I've been trying all day. They told me I had to take my package to the Main location on Cherry street when IN FACT I DID NOT. Wasted a ton of my time simply because they jump to conclusions with out confirming they are correct. I will never be using this location for anything I would rather drive 45 min away. Yes the people are nice, it's not hard to be nice but don't expect more than that. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I seriously don’t know why the bad reviews!?! EVERY postal worker was FRIENDLY and HELPFUL with their customers! Did I mention it is Dec. 14th and one of the busiest days for shopping? I came in needing to mail lots of packages for multiple locations and used lots of different forms. I thought I filled out the forms completely at home and was good to go. Unfortunately, I did not have all of forms ready as needed when I got to the counter. Christina, who is AMAZING and WONDERFUL, helped me with what packages she could and then asked me to step to another counter to complete my forms (my fault, not hers!). She then told me once I finished to go to the front of the line for the next postal worker. How is this place not helpful or friendly!!!??? We are blessed to have postal workers with smiling faces who care and show it! Thanks for all you do!!!"

"My experience today in this post office was terrible because of rude staff. Is it ever correct to be sarcastic and rude to a customer who has made an error? I confess that I am not familiar with USPS packaging because I usually ship UPS to avoid the type of behavior I was met with here today. I picked up my package and drove to the UPS Store where I had exemplary service. The few dollars more I spent was worth not having to deal with these unprofessional clowns."

"My packages have been well cared for and the staff has always been kind and courteous. However, the location sure could use a grounds keeper. Pretty rough looking! WOW!!! Went to pick up mail today and landscape crew was working,!!!! Place looks fantastic!!!! Great job guys!!! Just went to get my mail and my post office box has me locked out, probably didn't get the payment that was mailed because it got lost in the mail. Crazy since I have had that box for 21 years. I'll take care of it tomorrow. Sad thing is I get my meds and appointment schedules for the VA in my box because of the Agent Orange stage 4 cancer I have been dealing with for the past 4 years from service in Vietnam in 67/68. Come on guys, after 21 years, really??"

"My encounters with the staff has been nothing but positive - they are always friendly and helpful. I recently called about a temporary change of address ending. The gentleman verified the dates on the computer and even checked with my mail carrier to make sure he was aware the situation. Excellent customer service!"
