"My supervisor (initials So Ha) instructed me to produce false documents in a non-profit setting that uses state monies. The company has a contract with the Department of Child Services. I would not. I talked with the director (about the false documents, being yelled at, and embarrassed by rudeness in front of other professionals) who seemed to dismiss my concern. I reported several incidents (35+) about my supervisor yelling at me, being harsh, and demanding in front of other professionals. I documented everything. A week later I contacted the director to report what seemed to be more questionable documentation. Again, the director made excuses and did not appear to take me seriously. The director informed my supervisor that I went to her for guidance. I was fired less than a week later. I believe my supervisor retaliated for making her bad behavior and illegal actions known. As she was firing me with the director of HR on Zoom watching, my supervisor from out of nowhere reach across the desk and rip the laptop away from me as I was typing and hide it in her bosom. It caused a bruise on my arm. The supervisors' behavior was shocking. Another disgusting broke down sad excuse for a place claiming to help people."

A lot of people complain because they want what they want and they want it now. I see it as when God is ready for you to have that that is when you will get it. Jesus was very patient with us and continues to do so through the ages every turn and she so Handel itvwith love and kindness."

Went to all the classes, submitted every piece of paperwork, asked about our process for months, nothing was ever done, hoping to adopt but all we got was the run around. Then a rude, demeaning call from the Executive Director. No wonder there are so many kids needing homes if all hopeful parents are treated so poorly."
