"Great service from all of the employees at this PO.! Very personable folks, very helpful from getting my PO box (as a new resident) set up, to assisting with deliveries since no mail is delivered to my street address. Reminded my of the great service my little PO had back in Higley, AZ years back. Very grateful for their assistance.."
"Called about a package that was a SurePost handoff from UPS and was shown as being delivered to my mailbox by USPS. I told them I never received it and that it was an army set for my son purchased on EBay. There was zero sympathy for my situation, and the rudeness only escalated when I was seeking their help in determining how large the package was that they delivered so I can have as many details as possible when I have to handle this situation with the seller. I know that the former postmaster was at times a brusque person, but this woman took it further where no one in a service involving the public should. I upgraded my UPS My Choice to premium in order to avoid such hand-offs between UPS and USPS, so packages like this can go UPS ground. It is already hard enough having a mailbox 1.5 miles from my house. Additionally, mailboxes around here were robbed a few years back, so I really had expected a bit more of a concerned tone from the woman I spoke with. Makes me not want to go there anymore, and I have been here more than 10 years."
"The head postmaster disparaged a decorated disabled Army Veteran, refused to “allow” said Veteran to place a new mailbox (new box, new address, new gate, new house) at his physical address and driveway. Can’t cite a regulation for any reason not to allow the new box, and didn’t know where it should be placed for three conversations. So I guess he made it up. Either way, incredibly unprofessional and un-American."
"At least the one employee I've dealt with so far was very nice, helpful, and patient with all my questions. Always feel comfortable going in there and knowing that any needs or help I need will be resolved in a friendly manner"
"The most rude and unprofessional employees I've ever encountered. The mail carrier that delivers to my address is always angry and is confrontational Several local residents have told me their horror stories and the post office employees. So it's not just my family that she seems to dislike. Going to post office is something I avoid and deeply dread. The environment makes customers feel unwelcome. The employees seem annoyed and inconvenienced by their customers. The manager himself released my mother's mail to her "friend" without so much as an attempt to verify with or notify her. It's my understanding that he broke the law in doing so. I guess the law doesn't apply when the "friend" is the managers best friend. I've only lived in this area for about two years and am considering selling my house. Having to deal with such an emotionally unstable mail carrier and the worst post office I could imagine has heavily influenced my decision. The fact that I'm at their mercy because they handle my mail is unsettling."
