"It did it's job for the short time it was rented. A lot of homeless people in the area. In fact, each time I have gone there, there were homeless peoples hanging out in their units. I noticed that a lot of the storage units had red tags telling people their unit could not be opened (probably due to lack of payment). It is a VERY large inside Uhaul storage place, and they most likely have something available should you need a unit. There's also an area in the front of the inside area where you can put things when you move out that you don't want anymore...THAT alone gave them 3 stars. They have no carts to use anymore (with the exception of two grocery carts left behind in the parking lot). Our unit was in the very back. Too far a distance not to use a cart or dolly of some sort. But, the homeless people have stolen them so no carts can be used unless you get the ONLY one left from the main office just across the street. The homeless situation in the city is over and above. The only thing Uhaul can do is place a gated system around their facilities, which is what they probably need to do. The glass doors to go through to get to the units are in front of the building. Anybody can walk through them. No codes are used. No checking system at all."

"Truck and tow trailer was ready when we got there. We were towing a classic Jeep, so we asked for oversized tire straps. We were assured they would be on the tow trailer. They were not. They were standard straps, so we had to go buy ones to fit. The truck only has 1/4 if a tank of gas. Not a fair start. The truck driver really well. We drove from Tucson, AZ to Atlanta, GA. No mechanical problems."

"Very helpful staff, nice and easy process to get the truck. Bonus points because 3 adult men can comfortably spoon in the attic area in the 15' truck. see picture."
