Ellen came to our home to work through our estimate, answered concerns, made us feel at ease about how the move would go. Communication is very important to me and whenever I had a question, Ellen returned my calls very quickly and talked through any concern until I really understood what would happen. "HORRIBLE! They caused about $1200 worth of damage to my belongings & my property! The truck was too small & over packed, most of my boxes were completely crushed. They placed all the furniture in the wrong rooms and scratched my walls, which I couldn’t know until I moved it all boxes/furniture to put away. Well because the damage wasn’t noted they won’t pay for my damaged walls, which was hidden by the furniture. They brought in clearly broken furniture and scratched my walls with it knowing it was damaged. They crew kept putting things where they wanted, not where I was telling them to put specific furniture pieces, in the interest of saving time & money, I had to fix their work myself!They claimed to have plugged in my freezers, they didn’t. I was told I had 90 days to file the claim, turns out they only give you 10 days(who the hell completely unpacks in 10 days)! They did still honor my claim but at $226, this doesn’t even cover the cost of having all the broken beyond repair furniture(a lot of which was brand new) removed from my home! Go with any other company, do research on their claims policy. I didn’t, I had used them 5 times in the past with ZERO issues! Unfortunately, it takes ONE issue and only ONCE to ruin a customer’s opinion. I will never use this company again, and never refer them again!"

"Mi experience w Daniel's moving and storage was dangerous scary negative, based upon the following facts: 1)They broke/damaged several of my belongings, for example glass table (see pictures) 2) Some items were forgotten into the Daniel's main warehouse. If it wasn't because I remembered about them, I would have lost them. 3) Crew was unprofessional, they were smoking on the property and working very slowly. Then, one of the moving fellows told me that in order for them to go fast I had to provide a tip of $100/mover and they were 8 of them! I reported this to the crew leader who did nothing about it so I had to pay a lump sum to get Daniel's crew movers. I do not appreciate this blackmail practice. 4) The mover-driver of the truck had an accident (see pictures) that damaged my property. Daniel's Moving's reckless driving could have caused a fatal situation and did cause damage in my property. It took me 2 and a half months to get any compensation from them. I only obtained a partial compensation. The management was rude and definitely did not want to pay for the extent of the damages making up excuses rather than focusing on the facts. Run away from this unprofessional and poor service giver moving company as fast as you can. The pictures speak by themselves. I will never use them again."

"I have been moved professional many times and this was by far the best experience. The service was exceptional from the front office staff, estimator, moving crew. Our move included 6 months of storage in their facility and everything arrived clean and none the worse for wear. Amazing!"

"I had an excellent experience working with this company. Everyone was very helpful and worked diligently with me to make sure my needs were met. On delivery day, DJ and Isaiah arrived on time. They listened to what I needed, how I wanted the placement of my things, and went to work. I never had to mention anything to them again. Everything was placed exactly where I wanted. They were both very professional, polite and courteous. Plus, they were a lot of fun to work with. They made my move an excellent experience and it was a fun day. I highly recommend this company. If and when I move again, this will be the first company I call."
