"If I could give 0 stars I would. This shipping company delivered all my items to the wrong address, they didn’t even know until I called them. The person they delivered it to found my contact info on a piece of luggage and contacted me to let me know he had my stuff. If it was not for his integrity I would have never been able to locate my items. DOD should find a new shipping company to take care of service members moving forward. Additionally, I HIGHLY recommend you do a ditty move before using this company, save yourself a lot of emails, phone calls and time. They still have yet to take accountability of this mistake."
