"Usually I receive my pkgs w no problems. I live in Comanche Wells Mobile Park in Tucson, AZ. Streets here all have names and are very organized. I think some drivers don't want to look for address, so it goes back as "undeliverable." I'VE LIVED HERE for five-yrs without delivery problems. Now for the first time my pkg was sent back and labeled "undeliverable." This doesn't make sense. Clearly some drivers take out their frustration on the customers. So now I wait another week for my pkg. that I needed yesterday. I blame the UPS Company more than the driver. I believe it's not a good employer. RJO, Tucson AZ"
"Customer service was horrible. Spoke to three different managers still couldn't get a problem resolved. The driver stated he made three attempts to deliver a package to my home. Two of the attempts he left a note on a camper trailer located behind my house and said that his GPS sent him there. I literally took a day off at work and set at home the entire day waiting for the package, just for him to leave a note on the camper trailer door. Poor customer service. Caused me to drive over an hour to pick up my package from an access point location. You can clearly see in the picture that the trailer behind my house is not a residence. They might as well try to deliver it to the dog House in my backyard."
"I purchased an outdoor sink/prep station on Ebay and it was shipped to this location. It arrived on 1/16/24. When I checked on expected delivery there was a message that the receiver name was incorrect and could delay delivery. There was link to check the name and delivery address which I followed and they were correct. I clicked a button to verify this and received a response that the item would be delivered the following day (1/18/24). It did not arrive. I went back and checked status. This time there was a message that "The receiver requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility". That was total bull. How does this this happen? I called customer service (1/19/24) which is some apparently centralized service. You cannot communicate directly with this facility. I relayed my story and was told it was a mistake and they would contact me within an hour to straighten it out. No call. I went through the same routine on Monday (1/22/24). Again no call and no delivery. I decided to drive to the facility (1/23/24) expecting the worst. I was surprised when they located it and brought it out. So, it took a full week to get the item and I had to pick it up and go through lots of fruitless attempts to get it delivered. I previously had a positive opinion of UPS, but this experience was a real eye opener. UPS corporate should investigate what is going on at this facility."
"We had to find a UPS drop-off location on our way elsewhere, and this place was the closest to our route. It appeared to be more of a warehouse hub than a center focused on serving customers directly. But they did have a door specifically for customers. I didn't go inside, but my husband did. Upon his return, he commented that the staff didn't seem interested in serving customers, as it took quite some time before anyone even acknowledged he was waiting -- and he's 6', has a long beard, and likes to wear skullcaps, so he's pretty noticable."
"Got there around 2pm, expecting a line but there was no one else there. The young lady behind the counter was prompt, polite and courteous. Looked up my package on her computer and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Efficient as always. Remember to bring your tracking number, makes it so easy."
