"First time using JMB Services for CDT large yard spring clean-up (multiple tree trimmings, heavy yard debris removal, misc. new plantings…). Overall, I was quite happy with the end result. Matt promptly provided requested quotation information, and adjusted the quote accordingly when additional tasks were added. Matt & helper arrived on scheduled work day, “Matt” tirelessly performed all tasks as requested, was very respectful of my property, and worked quite quickly/efficiently; “Matt” did a great job!"

"Matt was personable and seemed knowledgeable but was very rushed. One of my irrigation valves was broken and I replaced it, but it was leaking so Matt cut it out and using the same valve put it back in after tightening the connection. Told me to wait 2 hours before turning the water back on. He indicated he would wait until confirmation that he had stopped the leak before payment. After 2 hours and 20 minutes I turned it on and it leaked in 2 places. I contacted Matt to let him know, he asked me where it was leaking from and if it could wait until the next day which I said it could. Since it was now Saturday, I waited until 10 am to give him a little time on a weekend day but had not heard from him so messaged him asking him about what time he would be coming back and received no response. Tried again at 1 pm asking if he was coming back or what his plan was, no response. Tried again at about 3:30 pm telling him it was still leaking and I needed it fixed so asked if he would let me know either way if he was coming back so I could get someone else scheduled if necessary . No response. I was surprised at such unprofessional and unreliable conduct. I'm not sure if he didn't know what to do to fix it and gave up. He was also to replace the shut off to the irrigation system but he said he forgot to pick up those parts, so that never got done either."

"Matt and his crew have been working to get our front and backyards into shape after years of inattention. It all got beyond us and I couldn't figure out what to do with our very small backyard. Matt however, was thoughtful and professional. He offered us options in an array of price ranges and we settled on a combination of pavers, gravel and turf. The work he did blew us away.
