"Worst decision ever! If you have good corrected vision it's not worth it, I wish I could just put in my contacts again. I am over 1.5 years post lasik. I have had an additional corrective surgery 8 months ago and my vision is still uncorrected even with glasses. I heard from my 2nd eye doctor that all of the staff left because of their standard of care. They also do not respond to your messages, emails or calls. Beware and stay far away from this place."
"I was so excited to get my eyes done and on the day of my surgery after 2 hours of waiting and then after I paid they told me oh and today is our last day this office in Tucson is closing so if you need anything in the future you will have to go to Phoenix?? What I’m so upset I’ve been waiting for 2.5 hours for my 3 min. Procedure to be told well do you still want the surgery? Why would they close it down? It’s the only one in Tucson I’m sure they have a lot of business"
"I had LASIK done at the end of June 2022 and wish I had done it like 20 years ago! It's so nice to wake up in the morning and not have to find my glasses or put in contacts. Everyone in the office was always incredibly nice to me and had no problem answering any questions that I had. After wearing glasses/contacts since I was a child, I was so excited for my procedure. I didn't meet Dr. Hammond until right before on the day of the procedure. But, once he came into the room and looked through my chart, I was surprised that he seemed to match my level of excitement for the life changing procedure I was about to have! And over a year later, I can definitely say that this was life changing! I'm so happy and couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Hammond and the staff! Thank you!"
"I got LASIK done 3 weeks ago and it's the BEST decision I've ever made! The staff is so caring and compassionate. The doctor preforming the procedure was so kind and talked me through everything so help with anxiety during. It has changed my life. I went from 20/400 vision to 20/15 vision. SO worth the money!"
"Had Lasik here a couple months ago and I'm very happy I did. My vision wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. It's now 20/15 in both eyes. The process is very quick when compared to other types of surgery. The day of the appointment takes maybe an hour, with the actual surgery taking 5-10 minutes. I had no pain, but did have some discomfort for a few hours after. Everything was hazy for a couple day, them cleared up to perfect vision!"
