"Look at my past reviews and you can see this is very honest review. This place is the worst! The management is even worse! As a manger of a major tire seller I would be embarrassed to work here! I want to drop a FedEx package that is a very high dollar amount for return. No hello or good morning, the guy sees me walking up and immediately gets on the phone. Doesn't say a word to me with the manager in back. Scans package and asks for my phone number while still on the phone! I have no idea who he is talking to so I stand there confused with the manager standing there not acknowledging my existence. But when I ask for a drop-off receipt in case it doesn't get to its destination.....the manager is the first to tell me they cannot do that and I need to go to the main FedEx center to do that."
