"Please tell the Contract Carrier (H 072) for the Madera Highlands sub division to STOP putting First Class Mail inside BBM magazines and periodicals. I shouldn't have to go rooting thru the trash to find my medicare bill. This has been going on for several months, and with different carriers."

"I had my packages delivered to the wrong address 3 times. The person who received MY package opened it everytime before returning it. After going in and talking to them they did fix it. We are now having issues with our mailbox keys and after calling every number I can find for them no one ever answer. So now I have to leave work early so I can go to the actual office and try to get help. The people at the office are very nice and helpful but you have to go to them if you need anything."

"Absolutely awful! Had a package that said it had been there since there was no room in the mailbox. Ok, no worries, I’ll just run my the post office and get it. Well, when I get there and mention that i was told it was there, they say it’s still with the carrier. Day 2, I do the same thing and notice a smal box from from where I ordered from sitting on the counter. Didn’t think anything of it and just asked for my package again. Well, apparently it had gone out with the carrier again so I would have to come back tomorrow later in the day. So I did that but instead of having the dumb blinds chickc I had this very nice lady with brown hair. Now this time, she looked at the package and said “this must be yours, it’s been sitting here for 3 days”. So yeah, never going to work with that one lady ever again"
