The crew that was sent over to execute the move, Jordan Yuri and Molton, were on time and immediately began working. They took time and care to carefully pack and load my belongs on the truck. Even taking extra care to protect my valuables they were extremely fast in getting the job done. Nothing was damaged during the move and the offloading was handled well. Items were placed where designated and all three of the young men were very respectful and cooperative in making this move the best I've ever experienced. "The person that gave me a quote after inspecting my home said he quoted a little higher to be on the safe side rather than surprise us later in case the final bill was higher, which I appreciated (and there was no change in the end, by the way). Smart Move charges by the hour and was a little higher than a competitor, but unlike the competitor, Smart Move had no hidden fees and they were able to get our 4 BR move from Tucson to Chandler done in 1 day, and with 1 truck. "I received a flyer from Smart Move in the mail. They are recommended by the Better Business Bureau and voted best mover from 2020 to 2022. They also offer a Veteran's discount. What caught my eye were the pictures of how they wrap and protect your furniture. I can tell you Robert, Devon, and Pete did just what the pictures showed. They did an amazing job preparing my furniture for moving, they loaded and unloaded carefully, and when they got to my new home, put together the pieces of furniture they had to take apart for the efficient move.
