"a few months ago had an important package delivered to this location to avoid monsoon rains and porch theft. some sort of scam going on, they released my package to someone who was not me. suspect worker collaboration or some sort of hacking of the fedex system. i talked to the managers and filed a police report, eventually had to cancel the charge with my bank to get resolution. some staff was helpful but it was obvious that the staff member who "checked the id" of the recipient of my package was in on the scam unless the thief was involved in some serious fraud and faked my ID (which seems less likely but who knows). everyone i spoke to from store staff to fed ex workers was nice enough besides a few (fed ex phone workers) but seemed unconcerned by the issue. dont use this location for your packages and take caution, document every step."

"This location has no Fedex supplies like envelopes to use for sending items. Had to purchase a envelope to send some pages. I had a prepaid Fedex label but the location should have some supplies."

"3 times in two weeks, driver "attempted" delivery but business was closed. After the first supposed missed delivery, I propped the door open so it was very clear the business was open. I kept checking online when it would update with another "delivery attempted, business closed" update. Customer service was horrible and wouldn't do anything for me except drop it off at a Walgreens 4 days later."
