"The neglected maintenance machines stole another $2.00 from me. I called to complain but was told to call back during business hours. The phone answering service took my info. Expecting a call, I got Jack SCHIFF! No calls, nothing! Once again this company took my money but did not deliver. Complaints go unanswered. I will need to find out where to call to complain that these machines are not working properly. Canyon Water Co. Doesn't shive a hit I guess. Back to Primo machines. I have confidence they purify their water. Who is in charge for water testing these companies? I wonder just how well these companies ACTUALLY purify with 5 step processes???? Canyon Water so far ripped me off for $4.00 plus thru 3 different locations. No response, no calls. SOB!"
"Usually, I like this place. Paved. Lots of stations. Usually I would give it a 5 star. The last time I was there, I put in my money for 5 gallons. I got one gallon. Would not return my money. I took my 4 remaining empty bottles elsewhere for fillup"
