"I am a patient of Dr. Mike Franz Janicek. Highly recommend for his technical expertise in gynecology-related cancers. His office and infusion center are compassionate, responsive, and caring. HonorHealth is lucky to have them on staff."
"I have a difficult time getting IVs started. I have a birthdefect and due to a lot of surgeries most of my good veins have been used and I have a lot of scar tissue. I had a woman who has been handling my IVs for the last 10+ years, she was exceptional at her job but she retired last year. I have been poked 9x in the last week and had one successful IV. The women have been apologetic and have tried multiple ways to make it work. I’ve still been very disappointed that I’m enduring this because the excessive poking and prodding and missing veins was what sent me to the other lady in the first place. I felt I was likely dehydrated on 1/12 when I ended up being poked 6x with no success in either arm or hand. This time I tried the 92nd St and Shea location on 1/19. I was hydrated. I was helped by Suzie Zweiz and not only did she miss the vein but then she got mad at me for being frustrated that I’m encountering people who can’t get my vein, even tho the other lady could (as well as several phlebotomists). She began ranting about how she couldn’t do anything about the other lady leaving and blaming me for having tough veins to clear her conscience of not being able to locate the vein. When I let her know I didn’t like her tone, this was not my fault and how she had no idea what I’d been through - she shrugged and said ok well I’m not going to help you find a vein then. I began crying out of frustration and she said ok I’m going to step away from “this” and moved her hand in a circle in front of my face. Then she walked away, leaving her other coworkers standing there. The other woman who missed the vein the first time continued to help me, she didn’t berate me and she remained professional. There was a third woman there who hit the vein. If you have any issues, DO NOT GO TO SUSIE ZWEIZ! She isn’t highly skilled with a needle, is unprofessional, rude, unapologetic and a blight on the healthcare system. Honorhealth please get her some training on patient care and empathy STAT. I just couldn’t rate this place any higher than 2 stars because of her behavior. The other two ladies helping me were very kind."

"After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007.I have been going to Virginia Piper ever since. All of my Dr.s have been kind , understanding, and very helpful. I feel the treatment I have received has prolonged my life. I would highly recommend Honor Health and Virginia Piper."
"I had a very positive experience pre/post op. Irma, RN in pre op, Amanda, RN in recovery room and Kim, RN on the floor were all excellent, very caring and responsive. I felt safe with them and being a nurse myself, and I couldn't have asked for better care. Keep up the good work, patients need nurses like you"
