"The lady managing this contractor post office provides TERRIBLE customer service. Not once was she pleasant during my exchange with her. All I wanted was answers to a few questions and postage stamps... simple enough.... but not for her. "Abrasive" with every comment. She should not be working customer service"

"My first visit to this post office was to open a P.O. Box and while I’d heard around town about potential customer service issues, I kept an open mind. My experiences with the owner and one other staff member have been good, even if I too have noticed the occasional grumbling. My mother, however, feels less inclined to visit after her own personal solo experiences. My rating is primarily in relation to the availability of services at this (privately owned?) USPS location. I’d like to see PO Box access have more flexible hours and the option to complete payment transactions via credit and debit be embraced. Additionally, access to international mailing options would be much appreciated. It’s always a challenge to navigate standard P.O Box mailing restrictions too, but that’s a USPS restriction and not site-specific. So, it’s not what I’m used to in terms of a USPS office, but glad to have the service available in this small town. I’m envisioning an improvement in access to services over time and hope more customers will share their input to help encourage improvements."

"Nothing unusual. Prompt service. If you were to see many of Connie's clients you would understand how she might get short. I come in with a smile and she returns it. Love this post office."
