"This is actually the 2nd time going with Watch Us Move. Both times the moving team was very professional. The team made me and my husband feel welcomed. We had 2 different teams of workers for the moving experiences. I 100% recommend Watch Us Move if you are looking to move. They will pack items for you, provide the boxes as part of the move. They respectfully moved my items as if they were made of glass. They took their time going into the doorways making sure that the walls, doors, and trim does not get damaged. They ask which room each item goes in no matter if it is a peice of furniture or if is a box. I had an issue with my moving day. I didn't get the keys to the new place in time for the move. I called the company at the very last minute and explained what had happened. The company told me in a nice tone of voice that's not a problem we can adjust you to a different day although that may have put them without a job to do for a day. I was not charged any different price. Although I felt like I should have been charged a fee for the inconvenience. The team that I had also took the time to help me arrange the furniture to where it would look the best as well as ensuring that there is plenty of walking space between peices of furniture.
