"This woman is awful. She dismissed everything. I had to repeat the timeline of my symptoms to her & she still wasn’t listening. The person who was working w/ her had to jump in & advise her. She was patting the place where I had an issue where she knew I had pain. She left me on the table undressed and completely exposed to talk about how she didn’t see anything wrong & then when I addressed that there is a rash, she admitted there was a rash. Amazing. This seems like a place where they just churn people in & out quickly for money. The receptionist was rude to a woman about insurance claims & didn’t even pay attention when I came in the office. She’s rough with your body & has the worst bedside manner. She talked to me as if I were a child. I wound up asking her to leave so I could get dressed & leave."

The surgery scheduler, Rose, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with appointment times that worked well with our schedule. Her attention to detail and follow-up were greatly appreciated. Dr. Vaidya's medical assistant, Gaby, was equally impressive. She was always approachable and willing to answer any questions we had. Dr. Vaidya's team played an integral part in my mother's treatment journey, and their support was invaluable to us. Overall, I am grateful for Dr. Vaidya's expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach to care. She is an outstanding surgeon who truly cares about her patients' well-being.
