"I missed the delivery of a package, and the door tags left on my front door dont register anything. The driver didnt scan them into their system. When I tried to look up/call the distribution warehouse on the northside of town, all numbers I found and called led me to the same automated system that wouldnt let me speak to a human, no matter how hard I tried or how many times I called!! It eventually hung up on me... Every. Single. Time. And thats 5 different numbers I found and called. I saw and stopped a FedEx driver one day and had a glimmer of hope until he informed me that "it must have been FedEx ground, and thats not me". Ohh of course it isnt you... These days I also commute by bicycle and live downtown, and its cold here right now... so a bike trip to the warehouse in person before work just isnt even pleasant, likely, or happening at all. And besides I did pay to have it delivered. So needless to say--- Im pretty sure Im just not gonna be getting my package at all by this point. Its probably been returned to sender by now, weeks after it was supposed to arrive."

"FedEx delivery time is very predictable in my area of condos, apts & many original city center businesses. I was waiting by my vehicle before going to work in order to receive my delivery & keep it from active local "porch pirates". The FedEx driver arrived mid-morning at normal time, went into his van, but then was going to leave, saying mine beneath some others. When I protested this, stating I had been awaiting his delivery & needed my pkg he said he'd be back in just 10 minutes. He lied!! After 1 hour of waiting I called FedEx cust svc. With apologies, she assured he would deliver it back to me within 1 hour. She lied!! 2 hours later (after a co-worker had called concerned about my well-being) I called cust svc again asking for a superior. She assured me she would get this matter to her superiors to get this remedied immediately. 1 hour later a FedEx young man did call me. I explained again and said I wanted no excuses for the laziness of the driver and I was missing work believing their FedEx lies. I simply wanted my package immediately so I could go to work. He apologized profusely & promised he COULD be trusted and WOULD locate the driver and have him deliver it to me immediately. Another FedEx BAD. He also lied!!! After 8 calls to FedEx they blocked me with a recording saying they were aware of my issue and would take care of it. At 4:30 p.m. the driver casually returned and put my box into my waiting vehicle as I told him about having to miss hours of work and that he should be fired. He acted surprised & replied "Why?" I told him "fired for lying to me & saying 10 minutes as well as for laziness & actions in arriving with my pkg but then leaving with it". I also said I had called FedEx 8 times. He acted as though he knew nothing, mumbled a very insincere sounding "sorry" & left. I have waited a week for FedEx management to extend any kind of fitting apology etc. & have heard nothing. I hence decided to make public their failings. FedEx users beware! I hope none of you ever have any need for their shameful lying customer service staff or encounter a driver this lazy. "These Fed Ex drivers are always so courteous, when delivering my orders from Chewy, the driver always puts my heavy loads of dog food in the breezeway which makes my life easier and keeps it dry and safe. Good job guys."
