"Is anyone having problems with this office since dr Roberts is retiring ? My 75 yr old mom who had been a patient since 2009 needs an aneurysm stented and was placed on triple anticoagulant therapy. We have had no guidance or returned calls to us or Neuro office to help with the requested info needed in making sure her therapy is appropriate. Multiple numbers say office hours with no answer. I was able to get a hold of someone who kept forwarding me off. I called back and expressed my disappointment in someone retiring with no help for elderly patients in anticoagulant therapy for transition Of care and the assistant hung up on me after saying the doctor has right to retire. Dumbfounded I tried to call back three times for her to keep hanging up the phone. My mom is now left with a giving aneurysm in triple anticoagulant therapy with Neuro waiting to hear. She’ll have to find a new doc I suppose God help this man if she bleeds. Do I contact medical board for negligence????"

"I have been in Dr. Robert's care for several years. I have received very expert care since my surgery and cancer reappeared. He has guided me through other Specialist with Radiation and now I am continuing with Lupron therapy. I have continued my normal way of life with this disease and feel safe under his care."

"My first visit to Dr. Roberts was a bit confusing but luckily I brought a friend with me that was visiting from the east coast. After my examination, bloodwork I met with Dr. Roberts. My first impression was that Dr. Roberts was not the Dr that I wanted to care for me. After a few more minutes he absolutely won me over. He is straight forward and very honest. Apparently he has what was explained to me as a eastern type personality. Meaning, do you want the truth as to what we're dealing with or sugarcoat it. I absolutely love him. I also adore his Assistant Kylie, I feel just as comfortable with her as I do with Dr. Robert's. Between the two of them you will walk out of the office feeling secure that you are receiving the best of care. Let me not forget Jessica, Dr Roberts scheduler.. she is so pleasant and will always take time with you to make sure she is scheduling a time that is convenient for you. Lastly, the front desk staff..always a smile on their face. They make a difficult time in my life Easier."

"We have had 6 visits with Dr. Roberts since beginning chemotherapy for a primary CNS lymphoma. The office and technical staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Roberts is a wonderful doctor and had it not been for the fact that the treatment is coming along so well, we might have thought him uncaring. Such is not the case. He may appear reserved but he notices everything and we always come away from our visits in the certain knowledge that nothing has escaped him. We are singularly fortunate to have found this doctor at the exact moment we needed him."
