United States Postal Service 1882 Lakeside Drive, Bullhead City, AZ 86442

"Change of address has been a nightmare. Why do you pay $1.08 online? You're verified, never had to bring a post card and ID before. Nothing explaining their new rules. So our entire family mail nothing forward for months. Filed two complaints and no one ever follows through. Even filed a complaint with the postal inspector who brushed it off and said to contact local office. Yet the hours are shorter and they keep raising the prices. Moral of the story is without any explanation you need to bring your license in the post office now before they forward your mail. Three months of lost mail. Never anything in writing to verify and it's wrong for USPS to charge you, for something that didn't go through. Yet my informed delivery works. So where is all my mail? I Do not trust them, they don't follow through. Our current mail carrier is shady. Twice she has told me she woke up late. In street clothes not even with USPS. Even the supervisor in Bullhead City promised to contact me back never heard a word. Do not recommend."

"Hey, so it's a post office! I'm not sure how to review this place or what I can say about it, but here's what happened to me: I ordered something online and I tracked it! The day that it was supposed to be delivered, I was watching it online go from "out for delivery" to "returned to sender" in a matter of ten seconds. You can imagine that I wasn't doing a happy dance at that point, so after contacting the online merchant I went to the post office to find out why on earth that would happen? Well, it turns out that the merchant who sent it to me addressed the shipping label as: My name APT 2625 Bullhead City AZ 86442 Now it all made total sense to me and I give the post office 10 stars for returning it to the sender! Keep up the good work!"

"They don’t answer the phone and they lie about not being able to deliver. Someone was home ALL day and I don’t live in a gated community but I get an email saying driveway was inaccessible or no one home. I’m waiting for important delivery that’s “out for delivery”, tomorrow is Sunday and I NEVER get Sunday deliveries so now it will be Monday. I used to work at USPS this kind of service would not have been acceptable when I worked there, it shouldn’t be acceptable now!"

"My mail had a change of address as of 8-11-2023,. I still have not received mail , from 8-12-23 through today. 9-5-2023. Where the heck is my mail. When I call this post office on Lakeside, the phone is not being answered. So much for support. 9,-13-23. Still none of my past mail is received.."

"5 stars all day long! I mail alot, certified, package, and standard, I've been going to this location for over 20 years and never even once had a single issue. If someone gave this location any less than a five, I guarantee it was not the fault of these employees but was a customer who can't be satisfied, many people are miserable human beings who vent by talking down others, go to this location I highly recommend, you'll be greeted by kind individuals who greet you by asking, "how can I help You Today?"
