"How hard is it to put the mail in the correct box? My letter carrier could not deliver a letter to save her life! I have a letter she was supposed to deliver, she did not deliver it and instead I get the run around about the letter and some lame excuses. How about saving the excuses and deliver the mail to the correct recipients? Worst customer service ever. No professionalism, and their “investigations into missing mail” are a joke."
"The bald guy running the passport side tried to gaslight me into not using my own photo that I brought in and had professionally done already just so he could make a sale and take my passport photo there at the Post Office. He told me if I used my photo that I brought in my passport photo would be rejected for sure. Well F U dude; my passport just came in the mail and I'm glad I went with my gut. The one star is because your high pressure unethical sales methods made me question my decision and essentially torture myself for over a month while I waited to see if it was rejected or accepted. Not appreciated at all!! Shame on this post office for allowing their employees to behave in such a way just to you can sell photos."
"Went On Tuesday June 22 and they have one of thr worst employees ever berg rude disrespectful and was rushing through the entire thing. When we arrived we had questions to make sure that everything got done properly and there was no errors she decided not to answe any if our questions and kept ignoring everything we had to ask I explained to her Before filling the application that we had a old passport and it was for us to renew she still gave us attitude so we proceeded to just fill out the application I explain to her several times that it was a renewal not a new password yer when it came to her asking for A bird certificate as soon as we said we don’t have one even though we had the old passport card she tried to deny us and say I cannot proceed with your application if you don’t have the birth certificate we cannot finish it. As I stated I told her there was no need for a birth certificate I work in customer service and that is nor how you treat people and if they are coming into your office is because they need assistance this person did not seem to like her job one bit and was also very judging of the photos we had to take for the passport"
"Adam was very helpful, and every single employee was so kind! Not sure about all the negative reviews, I had WONDERFUL service! I got a passport, with the photo and it all went very smoothly. Even needed a little more time to fill out the papers and they had no problem starting my appointment a little late! Don’t hesitate to go to this location, thank you Adam!"
"So all the postings about the "rude female" are mostly people that come into Boulder City who need a passport. Post Office is ONLY OPEN FOR PASSPORTS ON FRIDAY. They close at 5:30 PM, don't show up without an appointment at 5:15 and expect the world from an overworked staff. People come in with their screaming kids, mother's, grandparents etc...expecting to get a passport in 15 minutes. Most of the time their paperwork is illegible and they do not have proper documentation. They let their kids run around tearing up the place and when asked to keep their kids in line, they get pissed off and leave nasty reviews. I am glad you are going to Henderson, take your kids and business elsewhere. I have used this post office for years, you get what you give. I love the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!!!"
