"Moved here from St. George in October I have not once got my packages actually delivered I installed a Door camera and they just walk up with a prefilled we tried to deliver and leave it on more door and leave. If they would even knock ill go grab the package from the truck but nothing when I bring this up to the front desk clerk she just ignores me grabs package and sends me on my way I have never had this issue with any other USPS services before and don't understand why they don't want to deliver mail when that is literally what they do."

"I ship every single day through Hurricane Post Office. Today they (clerk 09) told me that they would no longer scan my prepaid Media Mail packages because they were too busy ... but if I do not get a scan on the prepaid package they put it in a pallet and do not ship for 2 weeks ... I do Ebay so then I must refund the order and the customer gets it sometimes a month or even a year later .... USPS is a joke ... who is running this disaster????"

"3 stars for the easy access location and cleanliness, but one would think they could extend their hours a little to accommodate December mailing demands. And when they are open, there is usually a line of 10+ people waiting to be served. We've added thousands of people to the community, yet the services remain the same."

"No matter how much I begged today, they could not be bothered to help my predicament. My daughter wants this tree swing for Christmas. We've tried to be prepared as our very tall tree required a long extension apparatus to put up in our tree with a man lift. We were able to secure a reservation for the man lift and ordered the swing apparatus. The first package was lost in the mail. Re-ordered as soon as I realized we were not ever going to receive the first one. I thought it was going to be okay as it said delivery would be Saturday and we had the man lift rented through the weekend. I checked the tracking today and the delivery date suddenly changed to Monday. The package is in Hurricane, but won't be delivered until Monday. I just can't win! I ran down to the post office and begged them to please find the package for me. I explained that we'd spent $250 to rent the man lift and the lift was all booked from now until Christmas. We most likely wouldn't be able to afford another $250 before Christmas anyway. This was our only chance to get this up so we can hook on the swing part Christmas morning. The lady at the desk said NO to my request. They are too busy and can't do it. I begged. I asked if I could leave the tracking number just in case someone could find some time to track it down for us. She again said NO. I ran out of there before I started bawling. We are left not knowing what to do. Thanks a lot Hurricane City Post Office."

"The mail is rarely delivered at a consistent time at Zion Gate RV Resort!! Some days it comes at noon, some days at 4:00 pm, and some days after 6:00 pm. Next day deliveries are rarely next day! This is the kind of stuff that is causing your low ratings! It is time to get your act together, or maybe fire the Postmaster and get someone who cares about performance and customer service!"
