"My fiancé and I cannot recommend Chef Mik and Zion Desert to Table highly enough! We booked Chef Mik for a private dinner for the night of our engagement/proposal and it was *chef’s kiss* so good. Chef worked with me to design the menu for the evening and recommended lots of dishes that used local ingredients that were perfect for the Fall season. We did the 3 course meal and had crusty bread with cheese, a seasonal salad, stuffed acorn squash, and a chocolate almond torte (plus wine). The food was simply next level and made with love.
