"Employees were professional and knowledgeable for their business though the day of the pickup the crew arrived with too small of a truck to manage entirety of load. So the first load was hauled back to their warehouse to be unloaded and truck returned for remainder of items. Then I learned my belongings were crated, hauled to a subcontractor for final delivery to my new residence. It was then I learned two pieces of furniture were each partially dismantled and one piece was damaged and could not be re-assembled until repairs made. I did fully insure my belongings and now working through the paperwork process of requesting a claim for moneys to repair or replace this piece of furniture. It is for this reason I can not rate this move with Redman any higher."
