"Absolute worst UPS experience I've ever had. I stood by the counter for a couple minutes and then saw a blonde employee in the back on her phone. She made eye contact with me before moving to where I couldn't see her. I said "hello" but was ignored. Waiting about 15 minutes before going to find another store employee. I was very polite and asked if I could get help with a return, and this second employee eyed my box before saying she couldn't help me. Found a third employee who didn't give me the chance to speak before she asked if the label was printed and ready to go. I told her I picked the UPS location for my Amazon return because it said that they would print it for me. She was snarky and rude and said she couldn't help me because they "don't do that here." Customer service was terrible and I definitely won't be returning to this location"

"The blonde short haired woman is really awful to deal with. I had some returns and she told me it was using too much tape to package them and she had a right to refuse my service? I was really kind and told her I liked her hair and it's a beautiful day. They really need new employees, I'm taking my returns to Vegas now when I go it is so awful. The line is at least an hour long here each day."

"Quick and easy, esp when the UPS store has long lines. The only thing that could be improved would be some signage letting you know that it's at the framing counter inside Michaels. I wandered around the whole store looking for some indication where to go. I had to find an employee and ask where to go. So hopefully this will save you a little trouble and you can head straight to the framing counter."

"Always a quick place to drop off. On the rare occasion that there are many people in the store, for our safety, they still have the dots on the floor so we can stay 6 feet apart. They were still wearing masks when I was in last. Thank you UPS for thinking of our health while we are in your store. There are still a lot of people getting sick and masks, and distance is a good example to set! Thank you!"
