"I semi-regularly check my box early on Saturday morning, and they usually are not too busy. This past Saturday 12/9 it was extremely busy, and I also had to renew my box. The solo young woman working there was an absolute rockstar. She was working the 2 stations plus guiding customers through the self-service return kiosk. She was friendly, patient, and apologetic. I wish that I could give her 10 stars!"
