"Never have door available long waits after you do get a door. What is the point of having appointments in the first place? Or the dock worker are just lazy"

"Appointment @ 0615.. arrived 6ish.. got door 306 assigned straight from guard shack.. total time from arrival to departure was 3 hrs... Can't go wrong there... Only complaint was horribly dirty restroom that looked like hadn't been maintained since last week, which I brought to their attention immediately... Other than that great overall Walmart DC to deliver to... The Loves and Petro are only 7miles down the road as well, so you can park close by.. best of luck drivers..."

"Today I saw 5 drivers turned away, 3 hrs after they arrived, because they were 5 minutes late arriving. I showed up 10 mins early. First, I was told at the office my trsiler would be ready in 90 mins. 2 hrs later, they told me 2-4 hrs. It's been 5 hrs & they still havent touched my trailer. Ive seen at least 10 trucks that arrived 3 hrs after I did & left already. They will refuse drivers if theyre 5 mins late but they refuse to uphold their employees to their own standards. I had to deliver half my truck here & other half in Phoenix 6 hrs after my appointment time at Walmart. I wont be making that one anywhere near on-time. Thanks Walmart for having high standards for drivers & low standards for your employees. Now I understand why Amazon warehouses are full of previous Walmart employees. Outside of it being a very slow to unload place, people are respectful & nice. Upstairs is a small driver lounge with microwave, bathroons, vending machine & tables withchairs. Theres a tv but it doesnt have service. Ac is nice."

"This Walmart facility gets a five star review from me because of what they did for me I had a load to deliver after their load was taken off. My truck breaks down, and I had to stay overnight my trailer runs out of fuel so they store my load going to my next destination for me overnight unbeknownst to me so I am giving this DC a positive super thumbs up and thank you guys so much."
