"I really feel like the nurses make this unit amazing. We have had 1 appt and 1 infusion and several calls. The nurses always answer all of your questions and explain things. They take time to listen and check in on you. It’s a hard job and they always seem so calm and kind."

"I love PCH, and the Oncology department is great. The doctors there are very thorough, especially Lindsey Hoffman and her nurse, Annie. They will have a whole team coordinated together to ensure they miss nothing and your child is well taken care of. They have given me a lot of fantastic information and tailor our appointments so that we don't have to get out to Phoenix as much. Two of our kids go to PCH and they try really hard to schedule them both on the same day. I appreciate all they do - they're a stellar group and they have a tough job. I'm so thankful for the staff here!"

"Quick to take your money, but I’ve been waiting 6 months for a refund that I am owed. I’ve called every week. Finally got notice that they are “very behind” and my refund will be processed in 3 weeks. A refund takes a few clicks of the keyboard, so I do not understand this at all."
