"I was referred to this center after having a spot of Melanoma removed from my face. I filled out the pre-registration online as requested for my first visit. Nothing mentioned of paying for things prior to services being rendered (not even WHAT services were to BE rendered mind you) but when I arrive early, I'm told to pay over $240 upfront. I asked that they send me an itemized billing so I can verify the insurance has been properly applied. The receptionist sends me to sit to fill out the same questions I had already filled out online prior to arrival, but I take it and fill it out. As I finished filling it in, the receptionist calls me back. I smile and hand her the completed paperwork and tell her that her timing is excellent and that I had just finished. She then hands me a handwritten note on a scratch paper saying that was my itemized billing and that I needed to pay. I laughed and said I'm sorry but this isn't the sort of billing I'm used to and that I'll take a formal bill. She indicated the practice doesn't work that way. Well, neither do I. I had her cancel my appointment and I left. As I was leaving, as a nice little nudge, this same receptionist used my name loudly and told me to have a nice day. Not in the way that actually meant it."

"The doctor, Blandin, changed his schedule and was not available at my appointment time and location. He changed his schedule and never called me to change. I wasted my time and gas to go to his appointment. I will never return to this this office or doctor. My time is just as important as his!!!"
