"Dr. Baker is very kind, however, she is too quick when bed-side and very dismissive of post-procedure problems. She operated on me to remove a melanoma site. Not only was the surgery time much longer than expected, she could not identify/find a sentinel lymph node but the incision site is 2 inches longer than she originally stated. Post procedure, she does not prescribe ANY pain medication. This fact was not disclosed to me prior to surgery nor were the nurses attending me post procedure aware. I called her office after surgery when we got to CVS and there were no scripts ready. I was told she never prescribes pain meds. When I saw her for my 1 week post-op she dismissed my concerns, told me to stretch to elevate my pain and that it was all in my head. She also couldn't answer my questions regarding the surgery time, incision length and lack of a lymph node. I felt like she was in too much of a hurry to actually hear what I was saying. When she left the room I asked the PA if she was always that dismissive, he said that she wasn't dismissive, its just that she hears the same questions all the time. I reminded the PA that although that may be true, I don't have surgery all the time and these issues aren't routine for me. Her lack of bedside manor, refusal to prescribe pain meds after major surgery and her dismissive manor are all reasons if I'm given a choice, I will not be returning to her for any future surgeries."

"3 tears ago, she did a 9 hour operation on me for skin cancer, while being 9 months pregnant. What can I say, other than she saved me from who knows what. To this day I owe her my deepest emotionas, thanks for being the one(and your team) to make me what I am today, 100% healthy. There's no real words that can be said for what she did for me.
