"Well, they called yesterday made a delivery appointment for 8:am-5:00pm, I was told that the driver would call about 1-2 hour before delivery. Well it’s 5:00 no call no show, I called them at 4:00pm and asked if their driver was still going to make it, I was told they couldn’t contact the driver. I’m in no hurry to get this freight but come on. Don’t make me wait all day and not bother to keep me informed. Let’s see what happens from here."
