"Use caution dropping items off here. Especially usps items. I dropped Something off 3 weeks ago and it never showed scanned in on the tracking. The lady I asked said things get picked up daily. I told her my dilemma and was advised too bad it's probably just gone forever."

"Daughter goes in with usps wrong add return from priority mail. Wants to mail it cheapest way to new address asks for an envelope, they tell her she doesnt need one. She said i want it cheapest way, they charged her $13.04. Cheapest way first class usps. New envelope a few bucks, shipping with xtra charge $6. I call the owner and told them they lied to my daughter. said ups was the cheapest. Bull ive shipped from the ups store usps manytimes hes just wanting to pad his pocket. He was a jerk and didnt admit he screwed up. Should have been honest and charged her for an envelope and shipped usps. Will never go there. I advise not to. owner blames customer for his lying. So, he told my daughter qhen she went for a refund she cant ship usps 1st class, THATS WHY SHE ASKED FOR ANOTHER ENVELOPE. Logic fell out of the owners hands onto the ground and yet he was worried about cussing on the phone by me. yeah im cussing you took advantage of a small business."

"Think twice before visiting this UPS Store location. Last week I sent a package "media mail." I wanted to be able to track it. I got a receipt with a tracking number on it, which the employee circled and showed to me. Well, there is no tracking USPS media mail - and I should have been told so I could choose another shipment method. So for a couple of days I was trying the tracking number given to me in error and, of course, it didn't work. I called the store (phone went to their voicemail twice when I tried calling) and I was told to call USPS with the tracking number on my receipt. USPS told me that media mail is not trackable! The employees are not familiar with the mailing services. Incidentally, the receipt also said you can track at their store website - and it isn't set up to do so. Unprofessional! The day I visited, the front of the store was a mess with boxes and other clutter. I was rushed out, and maybe that's one reason for the mistakes. The owner told me he will use our experience for training. Too late for me, I won't be back."
