Jason, the owner of Max freight lines, is a stand up guy. I've learned a lot from his philosophy. His word is his bond and you cannot find that everywhere. Max Freight Lines is the 3PL carriers will prefer to work with. They're also the type of 3PL customers are looking for. Jason, the owner has zero tolerance for mediocrity. That cannot be said for the megabrokerages out there risking your freight and reputation by handing your work to untrained kids out of college. It is shameful for a trucking company to not value working with one of the good guys out there, and resort to blackmail."

"Guys stay away. There load is not worth hauling. Will cost you $$$$ in lost revenue. They write dishonest frightguards on you for nothing. Booked a load from Colorado to Utah at 4pm to Deliver next day at 9am with out fail. super strict delivery appointment. Had confirmed with Brenda before booking if freight was ready she said yes 100%. When my driver got onsite this was 100% not true. Shipper told my Driver load will not be ready till 11pm. Never would have made on time delivery. I had sent Brenda an email at 7pm to let her know what is going on. (Keeping them informed of the situation) No reply what so ever till the next day 5am with an email from carrier411 They wrote a freight guard on us for not letting them know till the next day. Not true. We let them know right away of the situation. Lost a good Driver because of their lies!! and and loosing daily revenue because of their poor business practice. Stay Away!!!"
