"I arrived on location to do some business as usual at 5:55 pm. On 7/21/2021. I rushed to get there before they closed because I needed money and the gas light is on. When I tried to open the door it was locked and the two employees working just started at me and would not open the door. I then called the business to talk to the ladies and they refused to answer the phone all three times I called. This is by far the worst pawn shop I’ve ever had to do business with. This incident was the last straw. Why even have business hours if you’re going to close whenever you feel like it. I do a lot of business here and I deserve at least not to be ignored! I’m so upset about this. I hope the Asian woman and the heavy set woman enjoy the extra five minutes they got today. Because now I don’t know what I’m going to do."
