"The online course is very outdated (2008 I believe). If you want to learn how to repair OLD phones, this is for you. They say they add updated videos for newer models but the videos are in awful quality that it's better to go to YouTube to learn repairs. They break down a repair into like 20 videos for each small task. It was unbearable to play all the videos to repair a screen on a phone. I was extremely disappointed in this program. I signed up for the payment plan which cost me $300 extra and this course is maybe worth $100 to teach you the history and difference in networks. It's a shame they don't update it."

"I recently purchased their $7 cellphone repair business pdf which ultimately advertised their online elite training course. I was very interested in taking this course but saw several alarmingly poor reviews for the company so reached out to them via facebook messenger. Someone read the message, but, over a week later I still have not heard anything from them. If this is how they handle pre sales enquiries then there is little doubt that I would never get any help or questions answered after I've paid. Such a shame, I was really hopeful that their course had the content I was looking for."

"Unethical business. Do not sign up with them! Initially my fiance signed me up for a non renewed $47.00 special. Next thing you know they charge my credit card $49.00. I emailed and they returned my email with an apology and stated account was cancelled and they refunded my $49.00. That was February 2018. They have since charged me 49.00 in March and April. All emails have been unanswered. I finally reach them on the phone 2 weeks ago and they said they refunded my money. Never received either refund and now they do not answer their phone. Stay away from this business."

"No star. No words. I just had bogus charges show up on my credit card from here. Came on Google to find out who they are. I cannot understand why people would go to so much trouble to scam. Seems like they could simply hire some teachers and make good money. I feel bad for honest people trying to get businesses up and running. Seems we cannot trust anyone."

"I went there in 2015, got 2 weeks course. Let me tell you, these guys are complete scammers. I knew more about phones prior to my 2 weeks course. They had a nice idea about having a repair community chat built on their platform, where one can go and ask/answer questions and share experience, BUT they locked the access for me literally 2 months later. After multiple calls and e-mails, I finally received an answer basically saying that NOW they only provide paid access to that platform. Hmmm.... $2500 that i paid isn't enough ?! Stay away from these guys ! You can find more than you will need just on youtube and some other sources like iFixit ! I wish I could file a complain with BBB. There was one nice guy in my class who paid $15000 !!!! to come and live in AZ from Finland !!! for 2 weeks to take their course, oh boy do I feel bad for that fella !! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME !"
