"This company does not care about the community they fly in. They fly the same flight path over and over every day over the same community, literally ruining peoples ability to enjoy their homes. I have complained to the authorities to no avail. They promised to alter the flightpaths occasionally, but have not. They are rude and insensitive to the communities wants and needs, they are polluting our air with the constant noise of their aircraft. It’s a shame that their arrogance outweighs their responsibility to the community they fly in."

"I live right in between The San Tan Preserve on the East and the Reservation mountains on the West. On a nearly daily basis, they fly patterns over our homes. We came out here to avoid the noise and distractions. Why can't you pick somewhere is to practice annoying people?"

"When Missy retires this will be a solid school, Neil the CEO/Owner is an awesome guy and I understand why he would have Missy as his Chief Flight Instructor, but throughout the industry Missy is widely known to be pessimistic and very discouraging to work beside or especially underneath from several previous students and flight instructors. The problem is every student pilot/instructor is too afraid to speak up about it because Missy is a bully. This is about 7 out of 10 people that probably have this same perspective about Missy, but just would never speak up about it. I wish her the best, but it’s important that others know the truth and are prepared for an experience there. Maybe it’s different now, but I don’t think people change all that much. From a safety standpoint and curriculum things are on point, but let’s just say their not here to save you money, you will churn and burn through hours and rack up plenty of debt with nothing to show for it if you aren’t self motivated and easily discouraged. Every question will cost you either mentally or physically with Missy specifically. She is a phenomenal pilot, but she lacks people skills and has no place being the main point of contact for prospective students, she is easily annoyed with questions and will make try to make you feel smaller than dirt if she sees something in your character she doesn’t like. It’s almost like she’s bent on not wanting to see people succeed mentally through the program and she reverse psychology and will tell you things like, “I’ve seen your type before, you won’t make it through this program or it’s going to be very difficult for you.” I’m sure in her mind she means well, but unfortunately this is not professional and anyway to provide exceptional customer service. There is a difference between honesty and straight forward perspective and discouraging and demeaning people. I woulda never attend Quantum again and would recommend people think long and hard prior too, if you’re type A and go get it and can stay focused on your own day in and day out get it done. No one will be holding your hand to make sure you succeed. The structure of a flight school is there to turn and burn student pilots to instructor pilots who’s goal is to build hours on your dime once they are hired and graduate the program. A job is also not guaranteed, so good luck. Do your research. Again if Missy wasn’t the main point of contact for everything with financials etc the experience may be much more accommodating. This is coming from a former student pilot that wasted 70k which ultimately turned into 150k with interest and climbing and ruined my life financially for over 15 years and will probably be around till I’m dead. You don’t want that burden and to start your life in debt on the hope that you will have a successful career as a helicopter pilot. It’s an amazing experience, but just be prepared to give it your all and don’t let Missy get in your way, mentally grind and make sure your flight instructor is tuned in and you work we’ll together if not quickly stop or ask for someone else so you don’t waste time and money. Their are some online programs that may help with ground school knowledge, I would say just like fitness it’s 80% knowledge and 20% piloting. Get in your books and don’t get out of them. Memorize content. If you don’t have a strong memory work on it because you will need it. Honest review just trying to help. Best of Luck!"

"This school only focuses on the R22. Its a small two seater, and only people under 200lbs can fly them. The chief instructor Missy believes this is the only way to have a future in being a helicopter pilot, and will bash you for being over 200lbs. I know plenty of pilots that weigh over 200lbs with a very successful career. Don’t listen to her rudeness, and go to a better school that will train you in more than one helicopter. I would never recommend anyone to apply to this school, especially with such a heinous chief instructor."
