"This is our second season here. Came back as my daughter enjoyed it last year and from a parent perspective I can say she made good progress. Coaches are good and are patient with young children. Would easily recommend to friends & family. The only thing is if your child gets attached to one coach, it might be difficult to get same coach for all the days/levels. Would recommend at least twice a week sessions for beginners. I also find the feature to cancel a session and set a makeup session yourself (online), very helpful. Keep in mind, if you have to cancel a makeup session, you cannot have another makeup session."

"We used to go twice a week and my kid only responded to one of the classes and one of the instructors. So I'd say it depends on your kid, depends on the class, and depends on the teacher. However, we found a formula that works and we plan to stay and have enrolled in their fast track program. So I'd say if you're willing to work with them, they're willing to work with you. The customer service has been excellent and the staff is very flexible and willing to hear your concerns."

"This school couldn't pass my expectations, My son goes to this school for about a year, but after one year he couldn't stay in the water without help. Instructors change a lot and there is no quality control on how they teach kids. Some instructors are really good but some of them are not. I saw many times instructors start class with delay and end class early."
