"They charged me 2.50 per 10 pages to scan, upload and email my documents....I had 97 pages and it cost almost $28 TO SCAN!! Not a single piece of paper was printed, it was a simple electronic transfer. The location near my house charges $3.79 per file so it didn't occur to me to ask and they sure didn't tell me ahead of time....COMPLETE RIP OFF!!"

"Don’t go here for fingerprinting. we came here with an official fingerprint authorization form. They would not take it, even after the store manager spoke with corporate about the issue who gave their approval. While in the store, another woman came in and said that they forgot to sign her fingerprinting form. Very bad management. Wasted an hour, going back-and-forth with them and corporate."

"I needed my fingerprints done and this loacation was on it in minutes. I was in and out and the service was excellent. Go here if you need a fingerprint clearance card and don't want the hassle of inky fingers or rude people. Thanks again!"

"They charge you to a tape a single box. I’ve been to UPS stores all over the country and I have never had that happen to me before. Don’t waste your time at this location and go to a different one that won’t charge you 3$ for 14 inches of tape."
