"All was very good except tge price. We paid nearly $57 for 3 burgers, 3 fries & 3 drinks! Nearly $12 per burger alone! Most anywhere else that $12 will include the fries & drink. Yes they are good & you can pick n choose the toppings, but way overpriced! Probably will never return unless we win the lottery."

"How bad is their takeout service? I went to pickup my order of a burger and fries. My bag was sitting on the shelf with the buger inside. The girl at the counter said she just had to add the fries. I stood there for 10 minutes for her to scoop fries. She called at least 6 other orders as she scooped their fries. When I questioned why she couldn't just scoop the fries and hand me the bag her purple haired coworker "explained" to me that they do it in the order when they are recieced to have them "fresh". Nevermind if the burger gets cold I guess?"

"I got there not realizing the website had sent my order to the Gilbert store. Theresa was awesome. She didn’t bat an eye at helping fill my order even though it wasn’t her fault. We were having our family Christmas and I have two small kids- no way I could’ve driven to the Gilbert store to get it. I’m so thankful for Theresa and team for helping me out. Merry Christmas y'all. I’ll be back for sure."

"The burgers are good but not the best, unmelted cheese and a smashed burger.. I'll pass. Having grease soaked fries is a draw back and the price for the amount you get is a big joke. I prefer a crunch ,flavorful fry. I would have expected them to have a meal. But ordering each item individually is a bit to much. This is not an upscale restaurant so almost $7 for a burger and $5 for fries and a little over $3 for a medium drink. That to me is way to much. Inside resemblance is familiar... ahhh Johnny Rockets. I was not impressed at all so I give this 2 stars based on the the price,flavor and along with the quality of food. So if your in a rush and looking to get the best burger.. this is not it. Way overpriced."
