"Very upset! Be wary of your trust and interactions with this UPS store!!!!!! I just left the store after speaking with the manager, Ariana Lombardo. I paid the extra UPS choice fee and had an expensive item shipped to her store for security reasons only so it wasn't left at my door while my husband and I were at work only to find out that the store allowed someone else to pick up my package and it's gone. Ms. Lombardo was quick to point out that they have a strict policy for all employees requiring them to check ID for any package pick up , in fact she checked my ID twice. After looking into the delivery history on her computer, she even showed me her screen with a signature and asked me to confirm to be sure it wasn't mine- it was not even remotely close. I have email confirmations from UPS sent 11 minutes apart that package was delivered to the store at 3:10pm yesterday and picked up by someone at 3:10pm. Not sure how that is possible unless it is related to the store itself. I waited in store for 10-15 minutes or so while Ms. Lombardo tried to figure out what was going on. While she was in the back, the other staff member that was working with her came back up front to assist other customers that had come in. This staff member told us that Ms. Lombardo was reviewing their camera footage. The end result was Ms. Lombardo came back up front an said she needed to look into this further but her demeanor was off and she would not make eye contact with me. She took my phone number and said she would get back to me. I stated that I should expect to hear back from you later today then? To which she replied it might not be until Monday as sometimes it is hard to reach people when they were off of work. I had to ask her for a business card with her contact information. While she wasn't rude, there was no attempt at any type of apology in this interaction with her. I advised her when I left the store that I would be filling a complaint and claim with UPS directly- which you can only do online and not with a person. And now we just have to wait. I don't typically complain and post negative reviews but I am exhausted about the lack of accountability in this day and age. I'm out the money and my husband's birthday gift is gone and who knows when I will receive any response from UPS or the store."
"Wend to drop off an Amazon return, lady wanted to charge me $4.75 for a plastic bag or $11 for a 10" x 2" cardboard box. Since when does a 10 inch cardboard box cost $11? Avoid this place."
"came in, two employees were moving a machine around, i wasn't acknowledged in any way. while i am waiting for someone to say something to me i noticed a station with a sign saying drop off and returns scan your barcode here. i thought i guess i can just do it myself so i do. i go through the simple process, think i am done but i can't find the label it says it has printed. i look to the employees with confusion when one of them say o that's not going to work, its not plugged in. she says it like it is some how my fault for not knowing. then of course since i had done it on the self service machine it is a problem on the other computer, and that is some how my fault too. so sorry for inconveniening you. don't worry, i won't come back to your store."
"I've been a customer at this location for about 10 years and the employees are great. What my complaint is that the service has dropped while my contract hasn't changed on my part. The 24hr option for entry has been disconnected, this is why I signed a 2 year extension. I asked if I would receive an adjustment and was told they don't give refunds. I feel if this contract has changed I should have options or be refunded the difference."
"This is the friendliest, most efficient UPS STORE I have ever been in. The manager is working as hard as the employees. They have a wonderful lady who designs business cards, helps with choosing everything right down to the paper used. I highly recommend you use this UPS STORE."
