"I am extremely frustrated and I have not even seen a Doctor yet. I had my OBGYN send a referral to this office (my first name is Tayler) with time stamp and confirmed fax number. When i first called they said that they did not see my referral even though it was sent a week ago. I had my office send the referral information again. Ever since I have called two separate days to the new patient line to confirmed its received and no one answers the phone. I have left voicemails two separate days and no one has called back. Overall this is not a good first impression since I am trying to get my surgery done by the end of this year and I can not get a hold of anyone. I will consider changing my review if they can turn this around. EDIT: They did call me back quickly after I stated my information and scheduled me in as soon as possible. I will see how it goes from there."

"Staff is always welcoming right at the door. Anytime I've accompanied someone undergoing treatment, staff has always been so thoughtful, patient, and understanding to what patients are going through. Any form of treatment is stressful enough as is. Their walls are filled with inspirational sayings and posters filled with heart touching words of gratitude and appreciation other's have and are leaving behind after they're blessed with their very last treatment of whatever each individual had to encounter. I would recommend this place to anyone undergoing cancer treatment."
