"The UPS employee was rude and disrespectful. She yelled instead of explaining the proper procedure for returning items. She also attempted to bait me into a confrontation by making me reach around the counter for a tape gun instead of handing it to me. I will and recommend using the UPS stores that are within a few miles then having to deal with this person. I don’t know if I should add a photo or not so I will not and just hope something gets done about her attitude. The older lady with gray hair has a horrible attitude towards life in general I think. Just plain mean."

"The worst UPS store in the area to visit. They are always understaffed and the one older lady with grey hair would rather do everything but help people waiting in line and getting customers out the door. I've never had slower service or employees that don't seem to give a hoot about doing things quickly and efficiently. If you are in a rush do not bother stopping here go to the one on Thunderbird as they are always well staffed and very fast at taking care of people."

"The male workers are friendly but the female workers are not! They blocked my PO box for over 3 weeks over a simple problem of wanting duplicates of keys so that my fiance and I could both equally check the box...I had to have AZ sheriff meet us there to get our mail and week prior they refused to give us our US MAIL. LOCKED & , BLOCKED However once the Sheriff asked for our mail out he came and they told him no problem with the box. Remember when you need something that you need and someone is blocking access whether it is mail or anything else use your local sheriff to do a citizen stand by."
