"Ive seen nothing but great reviews about this place , so I didn’t foresee the horrible experience I had today. I went in this afternoon for a women’s haircut. I requested for stylist to trim my split ends, trim my bangs, and clean up my layers a little. My hair is was cut by an unsupervised student. She was very polite and tried her best. But the supervisor was not paying attention because she was too busy putting foil highlights in a students hair My hair is pretty much butchered. Jagged uneven layers, my bangs are cut so uneven and frayed from texturizing sheets that I can’t style them or anything. My hair is chopped so uneven that I think I’m going to have to have it all cut off, and start fresh Not exaggerating, I am in tears"
