"Was referred here for Renal Cell Carcinoma. Assigned to Dr. Rosenberg with Janet Bruce as a NP. Initially was impressed with the Dr. then was handed off to the NP who was less than impressive. After 2 rounds of treatment everything I experienced was 'not a side effect' despite the manufacture website and medical journals stating otherwise. I don't think my 30 seconds of google should give me more answers than the office. The nail in the coffin with this place was after a check up scan I was told that my disease had metastasize to a non standard location. Many tests later (which were terrible schedules and causes more pain and suffering). One of these tests scheduled for a Saturday morning at 630am, I didn't get back to the actual scan until 730 because the person was on the phone with IT trying to figure out how the MRI machine works. -That was reassuring to hear the entire hour conversation from the waiting room!!!! I found out it was just yet another side affect of treatment - and not cancer like the NP told me. When the NP asked how I was doing I said it was a stressful few weeks waiting to find out if the cancer had spread, she told me "well I'm very relaxed because I have been on vacation in Alaska" I found that pretty uncalled for and instantly left to schedule an appointment with literally any other cancer doctor in Arizona. Prescriptions were never sent on time, waiting days if not weeks to get it sent. And you cant speak directly to anyone, nor can the office transfer you to who you need to talk to, they just want you to use the online portal to send messages to them. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. Its bad enough we have to deal with these medical issues. I shouldn't have to have more stress of appointment scheduling and the Drs telling me I have more cancer when its just simple inflammation."
