"This is a fabulous driving school with excellent teachers and a great program. Sadly I cannot give them 5 stars because their scheduling is sometimes difficult. For example, I signed up for a parking class for an extra charge and was not told that that class would only be offered one Sunday a month at 9 in the morning at a location that is 45 minutes away from my house. I did have to sign a form saying that everything was non-refundable once I had paid. This means I have to drive almost 2 hours at a time that is very inconvenient for our family to take this class or I lose the money. For the amount of money that we paid for this course I feel that the scheduling should be more flexible and more times should be available at all locations."
"I have also posted a review of this business at the Scottsdale location (my daughter attended sessions at both). For more details, see review at that location. Pros: Comprehensive program with classroom instruction, simulators, and on-road instruction with excellent instructors. Cons: Poor administration and customer service skills. A lot of "scare" tactics about how dangerous driving is--depending on your child's personality, this can be good or bad. By the end of this program, my daughter hated driving. We are trying another driving program now to help her gain the confidence she needs."
