"Terrible. After my haircut I wanted to use the restroom. And I was told that the restroom was for paying customers only, this despite the fact that I paid for my haircut. I was told to use the restroom of the restaurant next door. I have been going there for 9 years. Paying for a haircut was a good move because I no longer have to wait for a haircut. But the owner's attitude was the worst. I won't be going there again."
