"I used to attend this school after spitanly elementary, This of course was the only option I had at the time. This school is terrible in every way shape and form. I hated it. When i attended it here (luckily only my 6th grade year) the principle lied to my parents to cover up the teachers lousy teaching habits. Thanks to the no child left behind program all of my classmates were just pushed along. Most kids couldn't even read at the 6th grade level. The district is total crap. Luckily We moved and I ended up redoing the 6th grade in Foothills elementary and ended going to one of the BEST middle schools in the state. It's called explorer middle school. Look it up. You are not forced to wear a uniform and they have hands on engineering programs. The teachers are amazing. Parents you want my advice. Do NOT take your kids to this school. Put a little effort and drive them to a school in the suburbs. Switching to the paradise valley school district is the best thing thats ever happened to me. I'm now graduating this year from pinnacle High school. Attending Atkinson I was bullied Etc. Its a school for training your kids for prison."
