"DON’T COME HERE! One of the worse UPS stores to ever go to. I came here to send a package off. Not only was I greeted with rude service but they also lost my package!! They did absolutely nothing to help me at the time and kept making excuses! I was not even refunded even once for my stuff that THEY LOST!!! Recommend going to different store"

"I'll change my review if the man in the beard is nice next time. But he was very rude upon my even stepping in. I normally go to the one in Oro Valley but my business locations are closer to this one. When I asked for help on services that I knew cost money, he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before accusing me of "taking away from the business" meaning I'm just wasting time" in front of everyone. I was floored. The manager or owner I spoke to apologized but when I walked back in the man in the beard couldn't even look at me he was so embarrassed. Fix his attitude and I'll change the review. Otherwise if you're a business owner, look at other locations in my opinion."

"Omg this is THE Worst UPS store I’ve ever stepped in!! They always have one person working the other “busy” (eating I know because it always smells like food!) They are slow as HELL! The last time I was there they didn’t have bubble wrap available to send something delicate! And their options of sizes for things to be sent were ridiculous so I had to try and squeeze my item in and when it wouldn’t close all the way with the sticky on the package they had NO packing tape to secure it so the gentleman (I use that term loosely) put SCOTCH TAPE!!! Are you kidding me??!! Scotch tape!!! But hey it’s better than a flick and a wish. I guess. He’s also rude af! The very last time I was there he even stated that his co worker was “finishing up lunch” there was a line at LEAST 10-15 deep and he never went in back to ask said worker to come help clear the line and then go back to their break. In a small store like that (which I’ve worked at before) it was always known that your break could be interrupted at any time but I you will get that time back after everything has regained normalcy! Maybe I’m too old school? But I’ve had too many problems there the hand full of times I HAD to go that from now on I make sure I carve out time to go to an actual post office!"

"Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d write a review of a UPS store but when the folks are this awesome I’ve got to. Needed 33 items scanned for taxes. Done swiftly then double checked. These gals were so friendly and professional that I can’t wait to go back just to say HI. Seriously their customer service and personable attitude is awesome. Won’t go anywhere else now."
